Use this checklist to prepare your first product passports. The goal is to start with the information you already have and improve the data step by step.
Core product identity
- Product name, SKU, category and brand.
- Public product URL or webshop URL.
- Batch, collection or model reference where relevant.
Materials and composition
- Main materials and percentages where available.
- Supplier declarations, certificates or evidence notes.
- Packaging materials if relevant for the product category.
Traceability and use
- Manufacturing country or region.
- Care, repair and maintenance guidance.
- Reuse, return, donation, recycling or end-of-life guidance.
